แข่งปิงปองชนะด้วย วะ ฮ่ะ ฮ่า ๆ

เหตุเกิดวันเสาร์ที่ผ่านมา ชายหนุ่มผู้โชคร้ายสูงราวหนึ่งร้อยเก้าสิบเซ็นติเมตร รูปร่างผอม ผมสีน้ำตาลอ่อน คาดกว่าคงกินยาผิดมา ถึงได้พ่ายแพ้ให้กับสาวน้อย (หึๆ) จากเมืองไทย สามเซ็ตรวด คะแนน 11 - 5, 11 - 8, 11 - 5 ทั้งที่มีอันดับสูงกว่าสาวน้อยอยู่ ส่งผลให้คะแนนของ Thill Laurant ร่วงไปหนึ่งแต้ม และทำให้ ซีมีคะแนนเพิ่มอีกหนึ่งแต้ม

ทั้งนี้ผู้ที่ทำคะแนนสะสมตลอดฤดูกาลได้สิบสองแต้มจึงจะผ่านขึ้นอันดับต่อไปได้... อภิวดี รายงาน 

อาหารโปแลนด์

อาทิตย์นี้พ่อของมาชิน ซุปของมาเรก เพื่อนของปาสกาล อาจารย์ท่านนี้ชื่อว่า Francizek Seredynski 

เนื่องจากว่าแกมานั่งอยู่ในออฟฟิศ แล้วก็ชวนกันคุยเรื่องทำอาหารอย่างออกรส เลยได้รู้จักอาหารพื้นบ้านของโปแลนด์ มาสองสามอย่าง เลยต้องเข้ามาบันทึกไว้เสียหน่อย 

อย่างแรก บิกอส Bigos อันนี้เคยชิมแล้ว สำหรับคนที่ไปเยอรมันมาแล้ว สิ่งนี้ก็คือ sauerkraut นั่นเอง

อย่างที่สองคือ Pierogi หน้าตาคล้ายๆ Ravioli ของอิตาลี หรือเกี๊ยวบ้านเรา ฮ่าๆๆ

อย่างที่สามคือ Zurek อันนี้น่าลองมั่กๆ เพราะคิดว่าไม่น่าจะทำยาก อ๊าาาา อยากกินๆๆ หิวๆๆๆ

สิ่งที่ต้องทำและคิด

อย่างแรก ดูเรื่อง parallel complexity แล้วลองวัด T-DA-GRS and T-GDA-GRS

อย่างที่สอง ลืม ทุกสิ่งทุกอย่างให้หมดไป ดูเหมือนว่าเราจะหลงทางมาโดยตลอด 

งานที่เราอยากทำให้ใครดูใครก็ว่าน่าสนใจ

แต่ดูเหมือนว่าเราเองไม่ยอมมองไรแบบคนนอก

จมอยู่กับความคิดเดิมๆ ทำให้ไปไหนไม่ได้ คิดไรไม่ออก เพราะมัวแต่ติดอยู่กับสมมุติฐานเดิมๆ

ตอนนี้จะเริ่มต้นใหม่ 

จากที่ Serge Chaumette ให้คำแนะนำเรา ดูเหมือนว่าสิ่งแรกที่ต้องคิดไว้เสมอคือ Prove It !

จากนั้นก็ ทำการล้างสมองแล้วลองคิดดูสิว่าสิ่งไหน คือสิ่งที่เราต้องการจริงๆ แล้วเราทำได้ไหม 

ถ้าทำได้ ได้จริงป่าว อ้อ เอาเข้าไป

ช่วงอาทิตย์ที่ผ่านมา ตั้งแต่กลับมาจากเมืองไทย ชีวิตก็วุ่นวายไปด้วยงานเอกสาร และจัดโน่นนี่ให้เข้าที่เข้าทาง

เฉพาะวันนี้วันเดียว ก็ทำให้รู้สึก "ขาลาก" อย่างที่ไม่เคยเป็นมานาน
เริ่มต้นด้วยเช้าหกโมง ตาลีตาเหลือกขึ้นมาเตรียมตัวไปคอร์สฝรั่งเศส (เส้นประกอบ สีชมพู) ด้วยหัวใจตุ้มๆต่อมๆ ว่ามันจะใช่วันนี้หรือไม่
ที่เป็นเช่นนั้นก็เพราะก่อนจะกลับไปเมืองไทย ได้ฝากให้เพื่อนช่วยลงทะเบียนให้ ทั้งยังกำชับกับอาจารย์และเพื่อนว่า จะย้ายคอร์สเรียนไปตอนเย็น และลดจำนวนชั่วโมงเหลือเพียงสามครั้งต่อสัปดาห์ แต่พอกลับมาโทรไปถามเพื่อนอีกคน (เพราะไม่มีเบอร์เพื่อนที่ฝากให้ลงทะเบียน) เพื่อนว่าเค้าจะเริ่มเรียนกันวันนี้ และเรายังคงอยู่ในคอร์สตอนเช้า...

ขอเบอร์เพื่อนคนที่ฝากเรื่องไว้ได้ ก็รีบโทรไป
แต่จนแล้วจนรอดก็โทรหาคลาดกันตลอดเวลา สุดท้ายส่งข้อความไปถาม ก็ได้คำตอบกลับมาแค่ว่า จะเริ่มเรียนวันนี้... ไม่บอกเลยว่ากี่โมงกี่ยาม เราก็เลยต้องเชื่อตามเพื่อนคนแรก

ไปถึงเจอหน้าอาจารย์ แกก็ใส่ภาษาฝรั่งเศสรัว ไอ้เราก็รู้เรื่องมั่งไม่รู้มั่ง อย่าพูดไรยากๆสิฟ่ะ ไม่รู้เรื่องว้อย... สุดท้ายได้ความว่า เพื่อนไม่สามารถลงทะเบียนให้ได้ เพราะว่าเอกสารที่ได้จากมหาวิทยาลัยไม่สมบูรณ์... แต่อาจารย์ก็ว่าไม่น่ามีปัญหาอะไร แค่ไปเอาตัวสมบูรณ์มา ภายในวันนี้ บ่ายสาม.... เหนื่อยก็ตรงต้องเอาเอกสารมา "วันนี้" "บ่ายสาม"

เอกสารเราไม่สามารถออกเองได้ อย่างน้อยต้องผ่านฟอร์แมตของมหาลัย ซึ่งเลขาฯจะเป็นคนทำให้
เอกสาร ต้องเป็นภาษาฝรั่งเศส เรียนให้อีกสามปีเลยตูก็ยังเขียนฟอมอลภาษานี้ไม่ได้ ขนาดคนฝรั่งเศสเองมันยังว่ายากเลยที่จะเขียนให้ถูก
เอกสารต้องมีลายเซ็นอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา แล้วแกจะอยู่ให้เซ็นต์มั้ย...

แต่ข้าราชการที่นี้ พูดกันแบบว่า ปัญหาของคุณไม่ใช่ของชั้น เข้าใจม่ะ

ตาลีตาเหลือกออกจากโรงเรียนภาษา กลับมหาลัย (เส้นประกอบ สีม่วง) เพราะวันนี้รัฐมนตรีมาประชุมกับอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาเรื่องเงินทุนวิจัย อาจารย์สั่งว่าทุกคนต้องอยู่ที่โต๊ะตอนเก้าโมงครึ่ง

ถึงมหาลัยแจ้งเลขาฯ บอกแกว่าจะต้องได้ตอนบ่ายสาม แกว่าน่าจะได้ แต่แกต้องออกไปหาหมอตอนสิบเอ็ดโมง

กลับจากทานข้าวกลางวันกับเพื่อนๆและอาจารย์เพราะวันนี้เป็นวันเกิดแก ตอนบ่ายสองกว่าๆ เลขาฯไม่อยู่ รอจนถึงอีกห้านาทีสามโมง ก็ต้องตาลีตาเหลือกไปที่โรงเรียนภาษาก่อน เพราะนัดไว้แล้วว่าบ่ายสาม สิบห้านาที

ถึงโรงเรียนสอนภาษาได้รับเอกสารว่าลงทะเบียนได้ แต่ต้องเอาหลักฐาน (จดหมาย)มาเท่านั้นถึงจะจ่ายเงินได้ แจ้งเค้าว่าถ้าได้พรุ่งนี้หรือเย็นนี้ได้ไหม เค้าว่าได้ถึงหกโมงครึ่งเย็นวันนี้ รีบกลับไปที่ออฟฟิศเพื่อดักเจอเลขาฯ

เลขาฯโทรมาตอนสี่โมงว่าพยายามโทรหาแล้วไม่มีคนรับ (เป็นไปได้ไงฟร่ะ) เอกสารเสร็จแล้วแต่ต้องไปเอาอีกแคมปัสนึง กับอีกคนนึง
โทรไปหาคนนั้นเท่าไรก็ไม่มีใครรับ จนกระทั่งเกือบห้าโมง เจ้าหน้าที่แกรับขั้นมา เลยรีบวิ่งตาตั้งไปเอาเอกสาร (เส้นประกอบสีส้ม) และไปลงทะเบียนทันจนได้ (เส้นประกอบสีแดง)

เสร็จแล้วก็เดินขาลากกลับไปรอรถเมล์กลับบ้าน (เส้นสีแดงเข้ม)

อ่านแล้วอาจนึกว่าไม่มีอะไร ลองดูภาพการเดินทางล่ะกัน

ซีไม่เบื่อ...(Tag)

อยู่ๆก็โดนแทคซะงั้น แถมไม่มีการแจ้งด้วยนะ ถ้าไม่ไปอ่านก็เป็นอันว่าได้รู้กันเลยสิเนี่ย ว่าไม่ได้ไปอ่าน...

เอ้า ห้าสิ่งที่ผมไม่เคยเบื่อ...

หนึ่ง. ถูกเกาหลัง 

ตั้งแต่จำความได้ ก็โดนเกาหลังให้หลับมาตลอดกว่ายี่สิบปี สลับไปมาระหว่างปะป๋า กะ ม่ามี้ ช๊อบชอบ มะมีวันเบื่อได้เลย

สอง. ข้าว แมคกี้ ไข่ดาว

ตั้งแต่จำความได้ ไอ้สามสิ่งเนี่ย ไม่เคยเบื่อ (หาจังหวะกินประจำ) ข้าวเปล่าๆก็อร่อยนะ ลองกินดูดิ เพียงเหยาะแม๊กกี้ มันก็อร่อยได้นะ ยิ่งถ้ามีไข่ดาว โอยยยยย หลงรักอ่ะ เมนูนี้

สาม. ขี่จักรยาน

จักรยานคันแรกได้มาตอนเด็กมาก น่าจะสองหรือสามขวบ พ่อพาไปซื้อที่ร้านจักรยานแถววรจักร (ถ้าจำไม่ผิดนะ) พ่อบอกว่าถ้าชอบก็ให้เกามือพ่อ (พ่อจูงมืออยู่) ตอนนั้นเห็นจักรยานคันนั้น (คันแรกในชีวิต) ชอบมากกกกกกก เกามือพ่อยิกๆๆๆ จนพ่อคงจักจี้ทนไม่ไหว ก้มมาหัวเราะแล้วบอกว่า "พอแล้วลูก พ่อรู้แล้ว" ฮ่าๆๆๆ ตลกชะมัด แล้วก็ได้คันนั้นมาขี่ไปขี่มาสมใจ โตขึ้นมาหน่อยน้องมันได้บีเอ็มเอ็กซ์ แต่ก็ขี่ด้วยกันน่ะแหละ ตอนนี้มีจักรยานเป็นของตัวเองแล้ว ซื้อด้วยเงินตัวเอง แต่งด้วยเงินตัวเอง มีอุปกรณ์จำเป็นครบ ภูมิใจจริงๆ อิอิ

สี่. รองเท้าบูท

เป็นอะไรไม่รู้ รู้แต่ว่าชอบบูทมาตั้งแต่เด็กๆละ ทั้งๆที่เป็นคนไม่ได้ตามแฟชั่นเลย และหาจังหวะใส่ได้ยากมากที่เมืองไทย แต่ก็นะ ชอบ แถมมีหลายคู่อีก เอ้า (เอิ้กๆๆ หลายคนคงจะงง เพราะคงไม่เคยเห็นใส่เลย ก็มันชอบอ่ะ มีแต่ไม่ได้ใส่... เวรกรรม)

ห้า. กอดหมอนข้าง

เป็นเด็กติดหมอนข้างคะ เมี๊ยวๆๆ

เอ้าจะไปแทคใครล่ะเนี่ยตู เอาเป็น ฝน เอ๋ย นก บี ติ แล้วกัน

When I were there, Doi Tung (I)

Translation of the guided tour of Doi Tung Royal Villa

Please observe that no cameras or video recorders may be used inside the royal villa. Kindly remove your hats and sunglasses and refrain from touching any objects. This is the guided tour, please follow the guide at all time.

This is the villa in which the King's mother lived and worked while in residence in Chiang Rai. HRH was mother to the reigning monarch, King Bhumipol Adulyadej. It was built with her personal funds when she was 88 years old, officially opened in November 1988.

The King's mother lived in Switzerland while her children were completing their education. It was a very happy period in her life. When she decided to build a home in Thailand, it was under one condition that she could and help develop the area. She agreed to the choice of a site and a style that combined the things she like about mountain homes in both Europe and Northern Thailand.

East Wing

• There are four large terraces facing north to the ridge that forms the border between Thailand and Myanmar. The name of this mountain is Doi Tung. Doi means mountain. Tung means holy banner. The Doi Tung temple up above is one of the most sacred pilgrimage points in Northern Thailand.
  
• In the east wing are the private quarters of HRH the Princess Mother's daughter, Princess Galayani Vadhana who is an elder sister to the King and her granddaughter, Thanpuying Tassanawalai. The terrace flower planters are carved with images of fruits and native orchids. The carvings along the roof are in a floating could motive. The rooftop decorations are knows as "galare". There are 14 pairs of galare, 12 of which are carved with representations of the northern Thai or "Lanna" 12-year Buddhist cycle. The remaining 2 are carved with local flower.

The wood paneling in the palace is entirely made from recycled pine wood shipping crates. The King's mother was very environmentally conscious. On the walls are pictures of her taken from the balcony of her flat in Switzerland where she liked to spend her free time tending her window garden.

Grand Reception Hall
The official portrait of the King's mother was made at age 93, a little more than one year before her passing. The portrait now occupies the place at which HRH official received visitors. Her chair would have been in this exact location. On the ceiling, there are the constellations of zodiac signs. The white lights are the solar system the planets are fixed at the exact moment of her birth on October 21, 1900. On the left is the embroidered silk wall panels made by villagers in Chiang Mai who knew her love of embroidery.

The side hall
Thai consonants an numeral are carved into the stairwell leading to the service areas. This is a testament to HRH the Princess Mother belief in literacy to provide opportunity for all. The painting on the wall is the legend of DoiTung in the hope that DoiTung shall one-day return to its original state.

The Legend of Doi Tung
Once upon the time King Lawacahkalaj came down from heaven on a silver ladder. His purpose was to protect and uphold the Buddhist religion. The mountain upon which he appeared became know as "Mountain of the Holy Banner" or "Doi Tung" in the language of the north. The plants, birds and animals in the painting are said to be those which inhabited the forest where the King lived during his life on earth.

HRH private quarter
HRH private quarters are located in the West wing of the Doi Tung Royal Villa. From here you can see the main sitting room. It was here that she would rest and relax during her residence.

Please note the embroidery sample. The ABC's are decorated with flowers. Each flower name begins with a different letter of alphabet.

There are two paintings of two views of Doi Tung in the Grand Reception Hall: Dawn and Twilight. The painting technique shows us a changing landscape as we walk by.
